Is there any difference between male and female characters?
The difference between male and female characters is purely cosmetic. The character’s gender does not influence the gameplay in any way.
What stats do characters have?
Characters have plenty of parameters: Attack (ATK), Defense (DEF), Hit Points (HP), Critical Hit Chance (CRT), Critical Hit Protection (Anti-CRT), Armor Penetration (Penetration), Armor Durability (Anti-PNT), Block Chance (BLK), Block Breaking (BLK Break), Damage Boost (DMG Boost), Defense Boost (DEF Up).
How is Battle Rating calculated?
Battle rating takes into account a character’s stats and the stats of recruited heroes as well as the following:
- Equipment;
- Gems;
- Pets;
- Goddesses;
- Runes;
- Relics;
- Skills;
- Character class abilities.
How do I improve my Battle Rating?
- Use consumables to increase the number of stars your character has;
- Craft, enchant and upgrade equipment, insert gems into sockets.
- Use enchanting to upgrade gems and increase their stats;
- Summon Goddesses and replace them as higher level Goddesses become available, gain character levels, purification levels and stars;
- Obtain weapons, enchant runes and insert them into sockets;
- Find your soulmate, arrange a marriage, upgrade your marriage ring and develop personal bonds.
How do I improve my skills?
A character’s battle rating can be slightly improved by improving skill levels and obtaining new skills. Each time you level up you will receive skill points that can be used to learn a new skill or upgrade an existing one as long as you meet the necessary requirements (character level, etc.)
How do I level up my character?
You can gain experience by adventuring in the dungeons and visiting EXP Dungeon. The higher the difficulty and level of enemies in EXP Dungeon, the more experience you will get. You can also gain experience by completing story quests, participating in Invasions and fighting in the Arena. Remember to improve your Battle Rating as you level up!
Which attacks do heroes and characters use?
All characters use physical attacks regardless of class. There are two types of heroes: defenders and magic users. Defenders use physical attacks, while magic users use magic attacks.
How do I get an orange hero?
To obtain an orange hero you need two identical heroes at maximum level and certain consumables (the type of consumables depends on the number of stars the heroes have). You may get consumables in single player dungeons or purchase them at the store using minerals. Fusion destroys the second hero.
How do I change my character’s name or gender?
Character’s name and gender can be changed by using a Gender Change Card. You may purchase them at the store using rubies.
What is a faction?
Factions divide characters and guilds. All guilds belong to a faction. For example, you cannot join a Horde guild if you chose the Alliance. You need to select a faction if you wish to join a guild. Players have to choose their factions after reaching lvl 32. It is an important choice, as it cannot be changed later.
During guild battles, the Alliance players fight the Horde players. Consider your options carefully. You will probably wish to join the same side as your friends and acquaintances.
How do I change my faction?
You may choose a faction only once. It is an important choice that cannot be changed later.
When do marriages become available?
Marriages become available at lvl 36.
What are gems and how do I put them in my equipment?
Gems are special items that can be put into equipment to boost your heroes’ stats. Every piece of equipment comes with a certain number of sockets (gem slots).
To put a gem into an item socket click on the gem icon, then select a hero and choose the piece of equipment you wish to improve. Gems are shown next to the item slots in the equipment window. Use it to put gems into available slots.
Can I create several characters on the same server?
No. Only one character per server can be created. Other characters have to be created elsewhere. You need to create a separate user account if you’d like to create a second character on the same server.
Gameplay-related questions
How do I get gold?
You can get gold by performing alchemy, completing quests, participating in daily events and by fighting in the arena. You may also get gold in Guild Dungeon, EXP Dungeon and others.
What do I need sapphires for?
Sapphires can be used to make the same purchases as with rubies, with certain exceptions (for example, you cannot use sapphires to buy items at the store). Sapphires can be used to reset item enchantment timer and for other similar tasks.
How do I get wings?
You will get your first wings from a newbie box. You will receive wings when you collect the first box after crediting your account for the first time. These wings need to be activated with an item contained in the fifth box. They can be equipped as early as lvl 30. Wings increase the stats of your character.
Other wings and wing upgrades become available at lvl 65. Many different types of wings can be purchased at the game store using rubies. The effects of different wings stack.
I got wings by opening the first newbie box but I cannot equip them because they have an activation requirement. How do I activate my wings?
You’ll find the activation stone that is in the fifth newbie box. To get it, you will need to buy an attack gem set for 500 rubies and receive this gift.
How do I get gems?
Gems are always available for purchase at the store. They also become available at the guild store after defeating a guild boss, during various events and inside the Hero Temple. Gems are exceptionally rare. The fastest way to obtain them is to buy them from the store.
How do I dismiss unwanted heroes?
Open the Heroes tab and navigate to the profile of the hero you wish to dismiss. Press the red ‘Dismiss’ button at the bottom of the hero’s profile. The selected hero must not be assigned to a squad or a support position.
At what levels do new options become available?

Guild
How do I join a guild?
You may join a guild immediately after choosing your faction at lvl 32. Click the Guild icon and choose the guild you want to join in the new window, and then press ‘Apply’. You’ll join the guild as soon as the guild leader or a guild officer approves your application
How do I create a guild?
You may create a guild immediately after choosing your faction at lvl 32. Click the Guild icon and enter the name of your new guild in the new window, then press ‘Create’. Creating a guild will cost you 10 rubies.
How do I participate in a guild battle?
To participate in a guild battle, join a guild and be online when the battle begins. You may join the guild battle by using the daily event window.
Can I trade items with my guild mates or send them gifts?
No.
Why should I join a guild?
Guilds are an excellent way to socialize, organize dungeon groups, find friends, participate in special guild events and get reward chests.
MISCELLANEOUS
Why can’t I load the game?
Check the speed of your Internet connection. Try clearing cookies and your browser’s cache. Try using a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact our support. Remember to include your character name and server, and attach a screenshot with your problem, if possible. Additionally, remember to check the news in case the server is undergoing maintenance.
Can I add a player from a different server to my friend list?
No. Only people from the same server may add each other to their friend lists.
Can I transfer my character to a different server?
Transferring a character to a different server is impossible. You will need to create a new character if you wish to play on a different server.
Can I transfer the in-game currency I purchased to a different server?
No. Please be careful when crediting your account.
How can I report other players for inappropriate behavior?
There is a moderator on every server who keeps an eye on the game chat. You may contact this person or post your complaint in the corresponding thread on the forums, attaching a screenshot. You may also add the troublesome player to the ignore list.
I found a bug. Where should I report it?
Please contact our support. Try to describe the bug in detail and tell us exactly what happened before the bug occurred. Please remember to attach a screenshot.
Some of my items, rubies, equipment or hirelings are missing. What should I do?
Please contact our support immediately. Make sure to include your nickname, server, ID and briefly describe your problem. We’ll make sure to help you.
