What do I do if the game won’t load?
Let us first make it clear what you can look for in this topic, and when it could help.
If you are experiencing one of the following problems:
the game won’t load, and the screen is white; or the game won’t load, and the screen is dark, or the percent complete counter is not moving forward; or the game keeps giving the Game Suspended message, then this is the page for you.
What do I do if the game wouldn’t load, and the screen is dark, or the percent complete counter is not moving forward?
You have to use the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. See above for more details;
Clear your cache and browser cookies. Here’s how. Try using different browsers. If that doesn’t help, move on to step three.
Disable all antivirus and firewall software. Repeat steps one and two, or proceed to four;
Check your connection speed (here’s how):
The game will only load and work properly at connection speeds of 1.5 Mbps (at least 3 Mbps recommended) or higher;
If your connection speed is under 1 Mbps, we are not going to be able to help you since the game cannot be guaranteed to load properly at such low speeds;
If you connect at 3 Mbps or higher, and taking the first three steps did not help, please contact technical support and we will try to help you;
